Is there no way to scope the Schema Compare to look for real differences and not auto increment differences? Besides the fact that schema compare is hicking up and finding differences when there are none... What is necessary for me is to find different datatypes, missing columns etc - this is what happens when developers (or customers) go crazy or customer installations need an update after a couple of years. Basically an "omit: with a list of checkboxes such as ENGINE; AUTO_INCREMENT and so on.
