I have a CentOS 5 LAMP server at rackspace. I've been using Toad for about 18 months and was able to successfully connect to my database on both my development server at rackspace as well as my production server. However over the past couple months I have not. There were no updates or changes made to the firewall or to LAMP in my enviornment yet I now get this error when trying to connect to the database in TOAD. Can't connect to SSH server on 'hostname.servername.com': Failed to verify I've been working this issue with rackspace and my developers but have gotten no where. Looking to the forum for any suggestions. I have no problems connecting via telnet using ssh and logging into mysql through command line. I'm using port 22 for ssh and port 3306 for the database which rackspace tells me is open on the firewalls.
