Show datetime field with '0000-00-00 00:00:00' as '0000-00-00 00:00:00' in result sets

Toad currently shows datetime '0000-00-00 00:00:00' as {null} which is incorrect. Null is different from '0000-00-00 00:00:00' so this should be visible.
