Unfortunately, I don't have anything constructive to contribute regarding uploading support data. I just wanted to add my 2 cents about the change in the level of support since Dell acquired Quest. I am in Canada so I have to deal with Dell Canada for support, so I don't know what the US experience is when it comes to Dell. I was concerned when this announcement was made as my experience with Dell support has steadily deteriorated. I used to experience/receive great support from Dell, but over the years as Dell has outsourced and off-shored their support things have begun to go downhill. I just hope if enough feedback is generated Dell will put some effort into reversing this trend and subsequently Toad for MySQL support will benefit as well.
