Ok, so here is a little bit of an official response. Toad for MySQL is a freeware only product which means that it is not supported by the Dell Software Group official support organization (Since they only support paying customers). If you would like commercial support you can upgrade to our commercial Toad Data Point product which does offer commercial support. That said the support we do offer through this community should hopefully still provide some help and if you want to attach a support bundle to a post here you are more than welcome (When you generate a support bundle you can choose File|Save in Toad to save the whole thing as a file) and we will look at it. The people from DELL who read this forum does generally not include a lot of people from support (Since they really have nothing to do with this product), but it does include a whole bunch of developers and product managers. I myself is the lead architect for this product and several others in the Toad family of products. Sometimes the responses might be a bit spotty because we all have many other responsibilities, but we read everything that is posted here and if there are bugs being reported they will generally make it into our internal bug tracking system and get fixed in due time. Finally I would just like to point out that this is the way that this product has been supported almost from the very beginning (Around 10 years ago) apart from a very brief period in the very beginning where we tried having it as a commercial product and as far as I am aware nothing in this regards has changed with the acquisition of Quest Software from DELL Inc.
