callmeser2 -- You can use the old date change trick. While it's ugly and obviously not a long term solution, but it may get you by for a little while. Set the system date to before the expiration date of 528, Start Toad and then restore the system date. If you need to reboot your system or if you exit Toad, you'll need to reset the date again to restart it. I recommend that you keep the date change only for the briefest period possible, as there can be side effects (especially if a a package compares network time vs system time). Personally, I wish that there was a commercial version of Toad for MySQL as that would (one would think anyway) avoid this kind of customer purgatory. For us going back to 7.3 really isn't an option and finessing the date over and over isn't an option either. Have been looking at 0xDBE, but that's not even in beta...
