Unfortunately this is currently not possible (And in general would be tricky for us to handle since the database server able to read the files in question is embedded inside another application). You could try copying the files into your MySQL Server data directory and assuming they are made with a table engine that is compatible with your servers the tables should show up (Make sure the server is shut down while you do the copy just to be on the safe side).
